Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is important NOW  … it’s hard work but your willingness to stand strong with 170,000 AAUW national members to make sure there is equity for all women is where the work pays off.

First, gather your board and work to understand where you are with an Environmental Scan

Second, identify your organization on the Organizational Inclusiveness Scale
