2024 Convention Registration

This year we are using a new system  to register online. Credit card, debit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay are accepted. No automatic fees are applied.  We prefer you register online as it will facilitate the entire process for registration. However, we are still providing the ability to register manually by printing out a registration form and mailing it to the convention registrar.

For both online and manual registration you will have four options to choose from. The options will be as follows:

  • Full Conference – Friday Night and all day Saturday Convention, including light dinner on Friday evening and Saturday lunch: Fee = $120.00 This fee is for regular AAUW Members and guests that participate in all convention events.
  • Saturday Only – All day Saturday Convention including Saturday lunch: Fee = $100.00. This fee is for regular AAUW Members and guests that only attend on Saturday.
  • Friday Night Only – Pre-Conference event at the Peel House, including light dinner: Fee = $20.00. This fee is for regular AAUW Members, guests, and students attending Friday night only. This option assumes that you will not be attending on Saturday.
  • Student/Guest Lunch Ticket – Saturday Lunch only: Fee = $40.00. This fee is for student members that will have attended the all day Saturday convention and are only required to pay for lunch (convention registration is complimentary for student members) or a guest who is only attending Saturday lunch. (Note: after the convention, student members will be able to receive some compensation for their lunch expenses.)

To register online, click here.   Preferred.  You will have the ability to register 1 or more people for any of the registration options listed above. If you register for more than one person, you will be required to enter all of the demographic data for each person. IMPORTANT: In the Order Summary, you will have the option to add a charge to cover processing fees. If you do not wish to add this charge, select “Other” in the drop-down menu and no fees will be added.

To register by mail click here to go to a Registration Form to print out, complete, and mail in to the convention registrar with your check. If you want to register more that one person, please complete the mail-in form for each person as we need demographic data on each person.
